Art is Life

Interior designer Amelia Barry and visual artist Louise Wilcox have joined forces to curate and design Art Is Life—an innovative exhibition of original artworks that blurs the line between fine art and interior styling. 

Their collaboration brings together Louise’s distinctive use of acrylic mirror and layered materials with Amelia’s refined design sensibility, resulting in a collection that is bold, satirical, and unapologetically expressive.

At the heart of Art Is Life lies a fascination with language—words and letters are used not only as visual motifs but as carriers of dark humour, poetic nuance, and visual satire. These text-based works strike a balance between wit and depth, with mirrored surfaces that reflect both the viewer and the world around them, adding an interactive dimension to each piece.
